Take What is Offered

Yes, today was Totality here in Rochester, and though yesterday was picture perfect clear blue sky, today was not. We Rochesterians accept that, and take what we can -- which was a brilliant 360 degree sunset/sunrise on the horizon. The hushed crowd stood together on that, our gem for the wait.
 

Wolf Moon

Who's howling? I'm not howling? It's the precursor to the total eclipse (April 8) that was on my mind when I had to pick up this sugar spill. It's the small images we keep that inform the things we make. 
 

Eventful

I've no clue just where that darn moon/sun thing is here, but it's recorded. Imagine, another seven years and the eclipse will arc through my backyard. That's 2,360 more blog posts, give or take, till then.
