It's hard to overstate the gem that we've got in the Rochester Public Market. For about 6 Sundays they run "Flower Days" there. Today was the opening. I managed to exchange cash for pots. And this week I'll start to get the yard ready. I printed fabric as well, but this came first.
Contemporary Art Quilter Pat Pauly's random thoughts and excursions made public.

Artist Row is Stacking Up
The Rochester Public Market hosts Artist Row each year, and this Sunday I'll be there (for the first time) selling these pillows, my silk scarves, and whole cloth quilts. Functional stuff, baby. Come by and try a pillow toss! http://www.marketfriends.org/artistrow.html

Company's Coming
Three for two dollars met my requirement for where to start a soup, and I picked these up at the public market. Now to bake them, and combine to make curry apple squash soup for later this week. I'll get to baking cookies next.

More Green-ery
I have been processing about 50 yards of this color green, so no wonder these Osage Oranges caught my attention at the public market. And no, I did not digitally or otherwise add the red berries. Happenstance!
