Way Back Then

While searching for an image of "Pink Leaf 4 (yellow)" I found this.  Guess that is how I made this piece. Looks like partly from a large leaf drawing, then improvisationally made background. It was featured in the exhibition, just finished, Fiber Currents / Current Fiber, curated by Judith Plotner.

Last Look at Fiber Currents/Current Fiber

I finally made it over to the exhibition curated by Judith Plotner. Her selections of fiber work -- in all manner of form -- is just a wonderful cross section of innovative fiber work. Mine is at left, Kevin Lunney second from right, and Betty Busby at right. Now all that is left is a slick catalog to remember it all.

Nice to Be Loved

Well, not love, more like like, but nice to have my work featured as the cover for the catalog of the Fiber Currents / Current Fiber exhibit. It is on view in Johnstown, New York, till December 18. Hey, time for a road trip!

Super Moon Eclipse

There is more surface design, all my favorites, here in a detail of "Pink Leaf 4 (yellow)" which gets boxed and shipped tomorrow for the Fiber Currents / Current Fiber show. Good to see things clearly and close up.

Cover Girl

Judith Plotner invited me to be part of the show "Fiber Currents / Current Fiber" set to open October 23. I'll be shipping my work "Pink Leaf 2" for that. So tickled to make the cover of the postcard. I'll be visiting before it is over December 18.
