More Printing
I've continued with demos for Crafty Monkies today. Printing the screens, adding rubbings, talking motif, and mixing color were all that went into my rambling thoughts as I printed one after another. Can't wait to wash out to see the dye strength, Tomorrow!

Paint Party
Nancy Valle's studio at the Anderson Arts Building in Rochester, N.Y. was the site of our portrait show. Sunday she hosted a paint party for when the artists came to pick up their works. What fun this was -- and I got to paint large scale. The final work won't last long; the next show goes up and that's show biz!

Merry Merrimack
Love was in the air tonight when the Merrimack Valley Quilt Guild got together to honor their officers, toast to the new board, and show off round robins and great show and tell. Me? I got my lecture finished just in time!

Love at First Sight
Toni Foster was showing us (at the GVQC meeting) her lovely hand quilted work called "Love at First Sight". Named because she fell in love with the pattern, loved working on it, and loved how it turned out. Must be that Valentine's Day drift here. I just love it for the red and white fabrics.
