World traveler and fiber artist Priscilla Kibbee passed away last year leaving a thousand treasures. Saturday (tomorrow) is a sale with proceeds going to the Schweinfurth Art Center. If you are near, you'd want to take it all in. Here where to find more information: https://priscillakibbeetreasures.blogspot.com/
Contemporary Art Quilter Pat Pauly's random thoughts and excursions made public.

Fabric and Stitch
More from Priscilla's stock of beautiful textiles. This is a scarf made from two silk pieces that have running stitches the length of the work. It is hard to imagine making it, but oh, so lovely to have in your collection. I love this paisley-type squiggle.

Beautiful Threadwork
Priscilla is using this panel she has from her travels abroad which is about 12" wide. It has the most incredible threadwork and line quality. I wish I could remember the country where it was made. Beautiful. Check out the teeth and fingernails. They are tiny stitches.
