Thank You

I teach classes, and often receive email with images of finished work, which I love. Today was a first ---  a card with a photo of the work, and a lovely message to thank me for my visiting her guild.  Never had a card sent. Thank me? No, it was my pleasure.

Simsbury Duo

Saturday's class had this dynamic duo. Dwight and Maureen tackled the New Big Leaf at the Sew Inspired quilt shop in Simsbury, Connecticut. You can see the great space, and how dedicated all were to work like mad. Don't let that fool you, we had time for lots of laughs.

New Big Leaf in NY's Finger Lakes Region

Kathie's New Big Leaf was undoubtedly the most cheery. My workshop in Horseheads, was just around the corner from Corning. What a great group of women, and very hard working. Hope I can see this one finished.

The Newest New Big Leaf -- Taa-Daah

I thought you would like to see that I have chosen to put the lights in the corners. This is the New Big Leaf 4, and I will be taking this with me when I teach this workshop in Elmira, New York, and Simsbury, Connecticut this coming September.

"New Big Leaf" Gets Cookin'

Thought I would make a new four patch of the "New Big Leaf" an update of "The Big Leaf" pattern I love to teach. You can see it in a couple of days, and see in at the Vermont quilt festival, where I will be teaching this and its cousin "The Skinny Line Leaf".
