It was decades ago that I saw Terry Mangat's work and I was bowled over. She's on the other side of the country, but a couple years ago, through Facebook, she offered anyone seeds from her black hollyhock. These have now reseeded and returned. What a link between fiber artists that brings joy.

We Own This Stuff
Thanks to a Facebook group called "Buy Nothing" I was able to find a home for solid fabric quarters that I've not used in years. Happy to send these to where they will find a purpose. It's a small amount, but every ounce adds up to clearing a way for the purpose of "now".

Do I Tell All?
Tonight was a holiday party with great food, great music (live!) and wonderful friends. They remarked on my FB posts, saying I was all over just a bit too much. I didn't have the heart to let on I post every night to piecesandresistance. I think I'll keep this a secret.
