Formal Garden


A friend visited today and we had a little time to grab lunch and poke around the Eastman House Museum. We think this is set for a wedding later on this weekend. This museum is a treasure, and its collection of prints and film is formidable. I'll go back when I've more time.

Art, Other


Abelardo Morell, a Cuban born American photographer, has two works on view at the George Eastman Museum on Photography and the National Parks. They blew me away, both for the technique, and the way the image was layered. If I could have taken one with me, I'd pick his.
