Prints in the Store

Restocked and looking a bit chipper, my website store now has a dozen more scarves, and a dozen new yards of printed cotton. Yes, once the deck is cleared from the fashion frenzy, items can now jump over to the website store. You know -- www.patpauly.com/shop
 

Scarves in the Queue

Silk scarves wait in line for me to finish them with a French seam and a bit of the iron. I've a few more to go, but I've put in a long day and am now crawling to bed. I'll sew tomorrow.
 

Scarves Galore

I've been printing silk scarves for the website store. My goal to have them ready by Sunday. It was time. I've got fabric printed and in the queue, as well as linen. When these are added, I'll be on to next year's calendar. Tonight? Ice cream celebration. Late. but not too late. Right Joan?
 

Six Scarves to Go

Here's the blue scarf line up. Hope these make it up this weekend. Meanwhile, chill out folks, as that's the best we can do. Nothing. Just relax, stay home, chat on the phone, eat leftovers. We've got months of this ahead. Happy Thanksgiving it was, even if I'm only visiting  in my thoughts.

 

More Monoprinting

Time for silk scarves, as the ones on my web site store are going to new homes. Here's a monoprint directly from my print table's plastic covering. I'll scrape some light dye and paste over to pick up more of the dye from the table. Tomorrow is reveal time. 

 

Ready to Finish

I've about a dozen scarves hanging waiting to be sewn. (I'll bring them with me to Craft Napa). They are washed out. Compare the middle one to the pre-washed piece from yesterday's post. That turquoise is always so much darker before it's washed. No matter, I just work around that.

Boat Load of Scarves

I'm at the finishing line for the last batch of silk scarves that were printed. Slow, tedious, hot, but almost to the last one. At least the beautiful color running beneath the needle is lovely to look at.

Taking Over My Hammock

Three silk scarves were drying on the hammock outside this morning. Two went to QBL to sell, the other will travel to "discharge day" next month when my peeps gather. Tomorrow is the last day to find my fabric at QBL. Next week -- I'll be there just Monday night.
