Introspection

After Thanksgiving , I've hours driving home. Enough time to ask of the problems ahead -- with this church as a metaphor -- shall I fix it, save it, or leave it for someone else? Good thing there is a bit of blue sky in the background.

Real Life Gets in the Way

A sudden storm left  me without electricity yesterday afternoon. So, I started the day with a lovely caravan on the street fixing the transformer behind my house. (Sorry, the other 44 homes that were without power.) Power's back. My machine is sewing.

Unexpected Greeting

While I was concerned with the snowfall this morning, and the subsequent damage, this hibiscus opened. So, outside was total craziness and gobs of snow; inside was a single bright spot. Life is clearly upside down.
