End of the Day

Suzanne finishes her piece made in my class today. Just three fabrics and lots of shifting and work yielded a great study in improvisational piecing. Lots of fun, really lots, and sketches galore. They learned all I knew, now they're off to do it again!

The Autumn Will Wait

There was a glamorous day outside in Hood River, but more beauties inside with the New Big Leaf. Or at least, that was my perception of the class today. Talented, quick quilters all, a few leaves were completed, no doubt to compete with the fall color.

Meeting My Doppleganger

Isn't life funny? Pat Pauly is my host while I'm in Hood River. I'll be teaching two workshops for the Columbia River Gorge Quilters and I'll be staying with Pat Pauly. Yes, there is another Pat Pauly.
