End of the Day

Suzanne finishes her piece made in my class today. Just three fabrics and lots of shifting and work yielded a great study in improvisational piecing. Lots of fun, really lots, and sketches galore. They learned all I knew, now they're off to do it again!

The Autumn Will Wait

There was a glamorous day outside in Hood River, but more beauties inside with the New Big Leaf. Or at least, that was my perception of the class today. Talented, quick quilters all, a few leaves were completed, no doubt to compete with the fall color.
