Where once stood an entire kitchen now stands the beginnings of an art studio. Utility sink is in, but lacks counter on sides. I've hung a makeshift clothesline to dry the soda soaked fabric, which needs to be higher. It'll take some time and effort to get this setup, but I've often opted for operational over glitz.
