The trendsetting Shop One was established in the 70s in downtown Rochester. It's been recreated on the RIT campus as Shop One, and carries a top notch selection of high craft, fine art, and fabulous industrial design. Today I left four more scarves, and one quilt. Thank you Maddy for all the help. https://www.rit.edu/fa/shopone/

Checking on Friends
While exchanging works and leaving more pillows at Shop One on the RIT campus, I visited pillows I left a few months back. I'd forgotten how much I loved them. And I don't know if I could reproduce this print again. Guess that's why they're one of a kind.

It's All Silk
Four silk scarves are hemmed and ready to pack for my visit to Sudbury and Fall River this week ahead. The scarves are fun to make, but someday, someday, I'd like to make a blouse with that fabric. They are printed with the same techniques I use in my cotton yardage. Yes, I sell them.

God is in the Details
John Kastner has a piece at Shop One at RIT that includes not only his wise and witty and splendid painting, but bit of flotsam collected around his neighborhood. Here is a detail of his wild comic style. He's titled this "Filthy Animal's Plasticrap" and here's a post on it from City Newspaper: https://www.rochestercitynewspaper.com/rochester/revel-in-the-details-john-kastners-consumer-hell/Content?oid=3260465
