What You Don't See

Tonight was a walk down the Charlotte Pier (Lake Ontario) and I hadn't noticed that the railing was holding up the land's edge. It's that weird flattening from a photograph that makes incongruous connections. It's just perspective.
 

Perfect Summer Day

Being outside is all I want to do. Tonight was a chance to take a walk along the "Secret Walk" on the edge of Lake Ontario near Charlotte. Tomorrow is a dye day, and it's outside again.

Sandy Beach

This if for all my friends who are running down the waves on the warm beaches enjoying the breeze. Here at home it was frozen sand (Charlotte, to be exact) at about 13 degrees. My nose almost froze.
