Project Progress

I've been working on a project with Craft Monkies which included making three blocks for a group quilt. All or these fabrics were printed for the project, and I filmed making them. Now it's time too put the into blocks. The frames indicate the sized of the blocks -- a tool I find extremely helpful
 

Cutting and Blocking About

I had a hunk of fabric, a leftover from a class, and thought it would be fun to overlay a block and cut it up. Here are a few ideas for a ninepatch from the leftover fabric.

The Mind Wanders

Thinking to take a break, went to reception, to relax and enjoy. Sunday, right? Cupcakes served, patterns presented. All I see is making this in a quilt block. And I don't even work in blocks. What's going on here?
