Pinned Up
I am finishing one half of "The Stalker" and getting it ready for its binding. I pin the work to the design wall, spritz it with water, and wait till it is dry. Today I sped up the process with a space heater. Side benefit? I was comfy, too.
I know, I know. The title is a little weird. The work is derived from a photo that June sent of her two cats. I loved the composition, and she named the photo, so it stuck. For me, the title is just a way to remember the work. No deep thoughts...

ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the whole thing!

ReplyDeleteIs the water spritzing for blocking purposes?
ReplyDeleteHi Quilter Beth,
ReplyDeleteYes, the water blocks the quilt, and it does seem to lie flat after all that stitching.
