He Buys Chevrolets, Too

I am not the greatest saver, but apparently, there is one who is, because someone boasts about it. I just need to know two things. 1. What currency does he work with? and 2. What rate of interest does he get?

    when ever I see this sign, I smile to think "I wonder what he saves?" Stamps? Bottle caps? I bet he has an awesome old coin collection! LOL
