Up on the rooftop of a new build in Portland, Oregon is a panoramic view of the hills (mountains?) around the city. Mt. Hood the most noticeable but also the dome of Mt. St. Helens (off this view). We finally had a clear day with warmth to boot. So, a good sightseeing day for contemporary design.
