Studio Tricks

I needed a way to stretch some fabric, and figured that I could just pin to the edge of a plastic bin. This shallow one worked. Clever, no?

    I use a cardboard box and push pins for batiking, it works great.

    Cris, I am using soy wax resist -- which has been on the fabric since last summer. But I recently painted in the areas with some dynaflo. Need to wash it all out.
