Rollin' in the Dough
Cookie Day was here today, and that mega batch with 10 cups of flour made that 10 dozen cookies. Never enough, if you ask me. (And yes, Sandra, they are in the mail.)
I have made these for the last 50 years! They are called cucidate and are filled Italian cookies. I use figs, strawberry preserves, honey, raisins, walnuts and a good dose of whiskey for the filling.
They look like they will be delicious. What kind are they?
