Studio Mascot
Found at a yard sale, this Mr. Peanut is getting hosed down before he dries out and takes his place as the sewing machine god in the studio. I remember using kiln gods in college. Should work in another medium.
Oh my. I lived in Windsor NY for a few years when I was very young. We used to occasionally drive into the "big city" - Binghamton. All I remember about those trips was a large figure of Mr. Peanut. It must have marked a store but I never go tnearer than a glimpse out of the car window. Funny what sticks with you.
