The new design walls are slowly taking shape. I have hollow core doors that will have a backer board material (used behind shingles when siding a house) glued on, then covered with batting, then flannel sheeting. The backer board is a dense fiberboard, easier to pin than homosote, but denser than foam board. Cheaper as well.
